This month we’re giving up our front page sales message to express support for the Black Lives Matter movement in the wake of the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and countless other victims of racially motivated violence.

It’s not time for corporate voices, but we want to make our position clear. We believe in the pursuit of equality and social justice for everyone, but we know that we have never done enough to support and drive this change.

We will not congratulate ourselves for being a group of decent people who don’t believe that anyone’s life or career should suffer from the prejudices and biases of other people. We could have done more, said more, and been better allies than we have been. This message is just a short statement of intent. We won’t be invisible anymore. We won’t hide behind the convention that companies should stay out of politics. This isn’t politics. This is civil rights, and we have no problem letting every one of our clients, partners and staff know which side we’re on.
